AUSPL is a 501(c)(6) Non-profit organization that provides education and information to owners of postal buildings.

Through the Annual Conference and Regional Meetings, AUSPL brings experts in lease negotiation, maintenance, property taxes and other important topics to members. Members are then able to improve the management and profitability of their investments, improve their lease negotiation skills, and better fulfill their obligations under the lease.
