Disclaimer; Other Important Information
You are about to conduct a search or searches using a prior version of the USPS’s Freedom of Information Act list of leased postal facilities (the “FOIA List”). Data in the FOIA List that is used for the search was prepared by the USPS and not by AUSPL. AUSPL has not verified the data in the USPS FOIA List and makes no express or implied representation that the data in the FOIA List, and/or the search results generated through searches on the AUSPL web site, are accurate or otherwise free from defects or errors. AUSPL accepts no liability with respect to your use of the search tools provided by AUSPL. Your acceptance of these terms is a condition upon your use of such search tools. Please accept these terms by clicking the appropriate button below, or return to the previous page.
In addition to the disclaimer above, you should also know that the USPS stopped making the FOIA List public in late 2017. Therefore, as the USPS has renewed leases or otherwise altered its usage of buildings, data in the FOIA List used for searches on AUSPL’s web site is continually becoming stale. In cases where search results include buildings with leases that have expired since the last data update, inflation factors have been applied so the rents reported by the search assumes renewal of the expired lease(s) at rents which are inflated by the stated inflation factors. However, those are simply mathematical calculations; they do not necessarily reflect rents under actual leases.
Your use of these searches should be with the understanding that they are simply tools providing a single set of data points you can consider in negotiations with the USPS. Because of the staleness of some leasing data and possible inaccuracies in the data as originally reported by the USPS, search results could contain faulty data. You should use all possible sources to verify data generated from these searches before basing your positions in lease negotiations on the results of such searches.
To find a building you own, use the “Find Your Building” search below. The results of that search can be used to populate information for the “Advanced Property Search,” allowing you to search within a selected radius of your building (by choosing a “Zip Code Search”). Or, if you know of nearby towns whose post offices are likely to be similar to yours, you can choose to “Search by State & City” and enter the names of such towns.
