Application for Exhibit Space

We invite you to reserve an exhibit space early to receive conference publicity online and in print. AUSPL reserves the right to select exhibitors from applications received and to assign exhibit space. We encourage you to bring promotional items for attendees.
A few rules: One table per exhibitor. Exhibitor package includes one 6’ draped table and two chairs. Exhibitors should provide their own table banners. Electrical power is available for a fee. Surge protectors are not provided.
Exhibit Hall: NEW: The General Session will be Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. The Exhibit Hall will be open both days. Workshops will be offered Thursday morning and Friday afternoon.
Exhibitor fee: $500 per table top. Fee includes one conference registration. Additional conference fees: $175 per person. Contact AUSPL for shipping instructions. Conference fees include two conference meals, and access to educational sessions, the exhibit hall and the networking reception. Materials must be received by March 15 to be included in Conference publicity. Call Barbara Barrett at 800-572-9483 ext. 1005 to discuss publicity opportunities or with any questions.

What to Wear:
AUSPL’s dress code is Business Attire. You might want to bring a sweater or light jacket for air conditioned meeting rooms and cool evenings.
What to Pack:
Bring a laptop or tablet, business attire, along with comfortable walking shoes, and a notepad. The weather in Atlanta has an average high of 80 degrees and an average low of 55 degrees during May.
NEW: The General Session will be split into two sessions. The opening session will be Thursday, May 5 from 1:30 pm to 5 pm. The General Session will resume Friday, May 6 from 9 am to 12 noon. (Schedule subject to change)
Conference Fees: The $175 fee includes two conference meals, and access to educational sessions, the exhibit hall, and the networking reception. Meals included in the conference registration fee are Breakfast and Lunch on Friday, May 7 and the networking reception Thursday night. There are restaurants located in the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly and within half a mile of the hotel.
Travel:
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. Please see the Transportation section for details. Be sure to book your air travel and confirm your hotel reservations early.
Remember: April 12, 2016 is the last day to reserve your hotel room at the AUSPL 2016 rate of $149 + tax per night. Bring your hotel confirmation with you.
